• Data privacy notice, which describes the personal data the Trustee collects, how it uses this data, the purposes for which it is used, and the parties with which this data may be shared. It also explains your rights under the law.

• Implementation Statement, which includes the Trustee’s assessment of how they have complied with the SIP in relation to engagement and voting during the last Scheme year, as well as setting out the Trustee’s assessment of how the Scheme’s investment manager has undertaken voting duties on behalf of the Trustee.

• Statement of Investment Principles (SIP), which sets out the Scheme's investment strategy as well as the principles and policies which govern how the Trustee makes investment decisions. This includes policies on governance, investment beliefs and objectives, stewardship and monitoring of the investments.
